Planning Exhibition: Media Explorer 2007
In the last 10 years, many universities, graduate schools and specialist schools have been established to provide high level training for the next generation in the fields of media and expressions. This exhibition will present the works from such educational institutions. The word "explorer" means an adventurer or an investigator. "Media Explorer" is a pioneer exploring the possibilities of new media and expression. Using media, we get to know about the world, we get to portray our feelings and thoughts to others and we get to express ourselves. Technology changes media. On the other hand, what exactly is it that we are thinking about and how are we going to express that?

Workshop "Summer Vacation - Filmmaking for Kids"
In this workshop, kids will be able to make short movies by going through the various stages of filmmaking; from planning to edit. On July 16, director Katsuhide Motoki will give a special lecture!
