Sai-No-Kuni Community Cinema Project
A screening of Washimiya Story (directed by Keiichi Kitagawa), a successful film produced by and marketed for the town of Washimiya, Kuki City, Saitama and its commerce association, followed by a discussion on the unique economic development projects of Washimiya Commerce Association. We will explore the potentials of Saitama community cinema and the significance of producing community cinema.
