When Snit gets out of a reformatory and returns to his hometown, no one accepts him except Johnny who is involved in bootlegging alcohol. Two boys become fast friends, but their adventure is interrupted by Detective Roy as Snit comes to a violent crossroads in the community once rejected him.

Rob King
King is a writer, director and founding partner of Minds Eye Entertainment. He has worked as a director on several television series and has been nominated for a Gemini Award for his work on the TV series "Corner Gas." His television films include "Without Malice" (2000) and "Moccasin Flats: Redemption" (2008). His first feature, Something More (1999), was nominated for the Claude Jutra Award at the Genie Awards. George Ryga's Hungry Hills (2009) has screened at Toronto International Film Festival.
