Competition Screening Pass
On sale：From 10:00, June 21 (Wed) until the passes are sold out.
For seat reservation：From 10:00, June 24 (Sat) to 23:59 of the day before each screening will be held.
*Registration (Name, Birthdate, Phone, Email) is required for your purchase.
*Limited number of passes with and without online screening access are sold (sales will be terminated when the passes are sold out).
*Seat reservation is required for attending a screening even if you have purchased the Competition Screening Pass.
*One purchase only per person.
*We will not issue a printed-out pass, so please keep your registered e-mail address and password safely (no complimentary film festival novelties will be handed out).
*The sales site of Competition Screening Pass is available in Japanese only.

The login information for the online screenings is the email address and birthdate that you entered when purchasing the pass. Please check the “Online Screening” page for details on how to watch.

Competition Screening Pass Purchase / Reservation Procedure
- Access from the banner of "Purchase Pass Here" on the top page of the ticket sales site.
- Enter your name, birthdate, phone number and email from "Pre-Purchase Registration".
- After registration, please log in from "Purchase / Seat Reservation Login" to purchase a pass.
- After purchasing a pass, please reserve a seat for each screening from "Purchase / Seat Reservation Login".
* “1.~3.”, available from 10:00 on June 21 (Wed) and “4” available from 10:00 on June 24 (Sat).

Reserved Tickets (advance sales)
From 10:00, June 24 (Sat) to 23:59 of the day before each screening will be held.
*Payment transaction is required for each program.
*Within the same program, you can purchase up to 5 tickets per payment. You can also share the QR code (link, email, etc.).
Same-day Tickets
Same-day tickets will be on sale at the venues from the doors-open time of the first screening of each day.
*No same-day tickets are available for screenings when advance tickets are sold out.
*Payment is cash only.
Admission Method (How to use QR code)
Please display the QR code from the purchase (reservation) completion email that is automatically sent after purchase, and scan it over the QR code reader installed at the theater.
*Issuing a ticket is not necessary to enter. However, if the QR code is not displayed, or if you wish to have a ticket issued, please use the ticketing machine installed in the theater.
Access on Wheelchair
We have seats for wheelchairs and you can buy those tickets online.
Free admission for one escort, so please contact the festival office in advance.

Cautions
*Physical screenings may be canceled for certain reasons. The latest information will be announced on the festival’s official website and social media.
*You may be refused entry to the theater after the screening starts.
*Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed to enter screenings except “Camera Crayon” and “Outdoor Screening”.
*During the festival term, photo shootings by official staff and press will be organized in the lobby and venue for coverage. Please take note.
*No ticket cancellations, changes or refunds, except when the screening is canceled.
