Japanese Film Competition (Feature Length)
Last year's Best Picture winner in the Japanese Feature Category, Kontora, and Best Picture winner in the Japanese Short Category, Stay, were both released theatrically after the festival, in a domestic competition where all screened works gained attention one after another. This year's Japanese Film Competition also gathers together a wide variety of films.
