Yakov lives in Tel Aviv and runs an antique furniture restoration shop. But the business is not good and his son Noah wants to sell of f the shop and the relationship becomes intense and awkward.

Born Jerusalem in 1967, Madmony graduated from the Sam Spiegel Film School in Jerusalem. After writing and directing few successful TV series, he directed The Barbecue People, which won the Script Award in Mar del Plata Film Festival and participated in more than 30 festivals over the world. In 2005, he got The Israeli CINEMA Award, Israeli filmmakers' most important personal award. His second feature film, Restoration won the Script Award in Sundance Film Festival, Best Feature Film at Karlovy Vary Film Festival, Best Feature Film in Jerusalem Film Festival and other awards.
