Aya gets an assignment to co-write a screenplay at a writing workshop and ends up working with Sachiko, her low key and plain colleague at her work. As the screenplay gets underway, the relationship between the two opposite women begins to change.

Born 1985 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Kusano became interested in filmmaking while attending a class taught by Sadao Yamane, a film critic at Tokai University, Department of Creative Writing. After graduation, she studied filmmaking at The Film School of Tokyo and gained on set experience working for various independent films. This is her first feature length film.
